Urban Prep® is committed to delivering high-quality products with reliable, transparent shipping. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. UK Shipping Rates

Urban Prep® currently delivers across the United Kingdom.

  • Free Tracked UK Shipping on all orders over £100
  • £4.99 Flat Tracked Shipping on all orders under £100
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days

All UK orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days before dispatch.
  • Orders placed after the processing cut-off time may be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are provided as estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

While most deliveries arrive within the stated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak demand periods

Urban Prep® cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for courier delays once your order has left our facility.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Urban Prep® is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information

Returned shipments due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number.

Urban Prep® will:

  • Investigate the issue with the courier
  • Provide updates on tracking status
  • Offer resolution where appropriate

Lost parcels are assessed on a case-by-case basis after courier investigation.

6. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order contains a pre-order or delayed item:

  • The full order may be held until all items are ready to ship
  • Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page

7. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us:

  • Redelivery may require a new shipping fee
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs once items are returned and inspected
